If you're thinking about cancelling because of a shipping delay, wrong order, or any other reason, please reach out to our Customer Support team first. Often, we can fix the issue so you don't have to cancel. Our team is available 24/7 and happy to assist.
If you still want to go ahead with cancelling your order, here’s how it works:
If your order has not yet shipped
Please contact our Customer Support team right away with your order number. We'll try our best to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. While we can't promise cancellation once processing starts, we'll do everything we can to help.
If your order has already shipped
Once your order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled. Instead, you can return it after delivery by following these steps:
- Accept Delivery – Please accept the package and keep it unopened.
- Submit a Return Request – Start a return request as soon as you get your order.
- Return Instructions – We’ll guide you through the return process and send a return label if needed.
- Refund – Once we receive the returned item and check it, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

If you’ve already unboxed or used your Miko robot, please complete the Mandatory Checks Before Returning Your Miko Robot before starting a return.
