If you have a Miko Chessboard you plan to return, it's crucial to follow this checklist to ensure your return and refund go through smoothly.

• Shipping lock secured: The physical shipping lock is re-inserted and locked firmly in its original position (for Miko Chess Grand and Harry Potter Chessboard).

• All chess pieces accounted for: The complete set of chess pieces is placed inside their respective compartments or pouches.

• Accessories included: The USB-C charging cable, power adapter, user manual, and quick-start guides are in the box.

• Original packing used: The chessboard and accessories are safely nested inside the original molded foam and branded retail carton.

Please note: All returned units undergo a physical and functional inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Any missing components, detached pieces, or transit damage caused by an unsecured shipping lock or incomplete packaging may result in deductions from your final refund amount.
