To initiate a repair request, contact customer support using the 24/7 chat support feature available in your Miko Parent App. -
Assessment by Tech Support
When you report your issue, our Tech Support team will assess the problem and determine whether your Miko robot needs to be shipped to our service center. If so, our Logistics team will handle the pickup and shipping process for you. -
Pre-Check and Repair Estimate
Once your Miko robot arrives at our service center, our repair technician will conduct a pre-check to diagnose any issues. After this, you'll receive a cost estimate for the repairs. You can then decide if you'd like to proceed with the repair. -
Repair Timeline
The repair process typically takes 15 to 20 days. If it has been more than 20 days and you haven't received your Miko robot back, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

The cost of repair depends on the nature of the issue. If the repair is covered under a valid warranty claim, there will be no charge. For non-warranty repairs, our repair technician will provide a quote once the issue is identified. If the Miko is beyond repair, a replacement may be suggested with associated charges. -
Shipping Costs and Taxes
- Under Warranty: If your Miko is under warranty and you're located in the USA, UK, Europe, KSA, UAE, Hong Kong, or India, repair or replacement for valid warranty claims is free of charge. For other countries, two-way shipping costs and any applicable local taxes will apply.
- Outside Warranty: For out-of-warranty products or invalid claims, you'll be responsible for two-way shipping costs and local taxes, regardless of your location.
