Unfortunately, once an order is placed, our systems begin processing it immediately, and order cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Accept Delivery: Allow the order to be delivered and do not open the packaging.
- Initiate a Return Request: Raise a return request soon after receiving your order.
- Return Label: We will provide you with a return label and assist you with the return process.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned order, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
If you placed your order on Amazon, Walmart or other e-commerce websites, please visit their respective platforms to cancel your order directly.
