Steps to troubleshoot Miko Mini Wi-Fi setup problems:

Use the latest Miko App
- Make sure to use the latest version of the Miko App for optimal compatibility and functionality.

Make sure to use the correct Wi-Fi Password
- Verify that the Wi-Fi password you are using is correct. You can double-check it in your phone's Wi-Fi settings.

Switch to a different Network
- Use a different Wi-Fi network, such as a phone hotspot, during setup to avoid potential compatibility issues with your primary network.
- It's recommended to use another phone's hotspot during setup. Once Miko has updated, you can switch to your available Wi-Fi network. Follow the infographic from the beginning to switch to the Wi-Fi network. Please ensure Miko Mini is in the Configure Wi-Fi screen.

Delete saved Wi-Fi networks on Miko Mini:
- Deletes all previously saved Wi-Fi settings on Miko Mini.
- Restart Miko to ensure a clean configuration before trying again.

Use only secure Wi-Fi networks:
- Confirm that the Wi-Fi network is password-protected.
- Miko Mini is not compatible with open, unsecured networks.

Proximity to the Router:
- To avoid signal problems, keep Miko Mini close to the router during setup.
- Keep Miko at a maximum distance of 5 meters from the router or 2 meters from the mobile hotspot.

Router and firewall configuration:
- Check your router's security settings, network restrictions, or firewall settings, as these could be blocking the connection. If required, disable the firewall.
