If your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) is not visible while setting up your Miko Mini or when connecting to a new Wi-Fi, follow the steps below to fix the issue.
Why This Happens
Your Wi-Fi may not appear if:
Miko Mini is too far from the router
The network list didn’t refresh properly
The setup process was interrupted
The Wi-Fi name needs to be added manually
Solution 1: Check Distance & Refresh the Wi-Fi List
Place Miko Mini within 5 meters of your Wi-Fi router.
On the Wi-Fi selection screen, tap “Re-scan”.
Wait a few seconds for the list to refresh.
Check if your home Wi-Fi name appears and try connecting.
Solution 2: Restart the Setup Process
Exit the current setup flow.
Close the Miko App completely on your phone.
Reopen the Miko App.
Start the pairing and Wi-Fi setup again from the beginning.
Solution 3: Manually Add Your Wi-Fi Network
If your Wi-Fi name still doesn’t appear:
Select “Add Wi-Fi” on the Wi-Fi screen.
-
Manually enter:
Your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)
Your Wi-Fi password
Tap Connect to complete the setup.
✅ This works well for hidden or less-visible networks.
Solution 4: Restart Miko Mini
Unplug the charging cable from Miko Mini.
Turn OFF Miko Mini.
Wait for 60 seconds.
Turn it ON again.
Restart the pairing process and check if your Wi-Fi appears.
