If your Miko Mini displays a QR code and prompts you to set it up on the Miko app after saying "Hey Miko," it indicates that the setup process in the Miko app is incomplete. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Complete the Setup in the Miko App

Open the Miko App:

The app will automatically resume the setup process from where it was left off.

Create Your Child’s Profile:

Enter the required information about your child to complete the profile.

Explore the Complimentary Max Trial:

Discover the Max offerings on the Miko app and unlock a complimentary 30-day Max subscription.

Confirm Setup Completion:

Once these steps are completed, a success message will appear on the Miko app’s home page, confirming the setup is complete.

Step 2: Restart Miko Mini (if needed)

If Miko Mini doesn’t proceed automatically after completing the setup, restart it by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.
Step 3: Enjoy Your Miko Mini
