Miko Mini: Stuck on a Screen | Error on Screen

If your Miko Mini is stuck on a particular screen (e.g., blue dot screen, M logo screen), don't worry!

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Method 1: Quick Restart

1. Unplug the charger from your Miko Mini.
2. Turn off your Miko Mini by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds. The screen should go blank.
3. Wait for 60 seconds.
4. Turn on your Miko Mini by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.
5. Miko Mini should restart and return to the home screen with a smiley face.

Method 2: Hard Restart

1. Using a sim-ejector tool, press the Hard restart button.
   The Hard restart button is situated beside the USB-C charging port as shown in the image.

Method 3: Charge Miko and retry

1. Turn off Miko.
2. While Miko is off, keep Miko charging using the provided USB-C cable and a 15W adapter.
3. Turn On Miko.

By following the above steps, you can get your Miko Mini updated. However, if the issue is still unresolved, you can submit a replacement request through the Miko Help Center.
