If you have a used Miko robot that you are either returning back to the seller or giving away to someone, it's important to go through the following steps to delete all of your personal information:
- Access the Parent App on your mobile and navigate to the Profile page.
- Select the "Me and My Child's Data" option.
- Click on the "Reset" button to erase all the stored data. Also, make sure you click on "Cancel Miko Max subscription" so that you are not charged in the future.
- You are also required to unlink your phone and the Miko. Go to "Your Miko" on the Parent app and click on "Unlink Miko"
Please note that above mentioned steps are not required if your Miko robot is unused.
Additionally, if you are giving away your used Miko, we recommend sharing the name, email address, and contact number of the new owner with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will help us provide better support to the new owner in the future.
