How do I Cancel/Unsubscribe my Max Subscription?

If you ever need to take a break from your Miko Max subscription, don't worry! You can easily cancel it through the Miko App. Just follow these simple steps:

• Open the Miko App
• Tap on Parent Zone.
• Enter your passcode to continue.
• Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner and click on Miko Max Subscription
• Under Manage Subscription
• Tap "Cancel Max" to cancel your subscription

Please note that this option is available for both monthly and annual Max subscription plans. If you have a one-time subscription, your Max subscription will automatically deactivate upon expiration. Furthermore, if you choose to cancel your current subscription, we cannot offer refunds. However, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your Max subscription until its expiration date.
