If you’ve returned or gifted your Miko robot but are still being charged for the Max subscription, it means the subscription was not canceled before the return.
To stop further charges:

Cancel via the Miko App:
- Open the Miko App.
- Go to the subscription settings.
- Cancel the Max subscription.

Cannot believe I have not received any notification about the Max renewal, £74 is a rip off for what you get. Non refundable for something we don't use is in my eyes is how you really make your money. In these difficult times this is robery
