Why Was I Charged for the Max Subscription After the Trial Ended?

Max subscriptions automatically renew after the trial period or the selected subscription duration concludes.

During the subscription process, you receive a confirmation email with the trial end date and applicable charges for activation. A reminder email is also sent a week before the trial ends to notify you of the upcoming renewal, allowing you time to make changes or cancellations if needed.

If the subscription isn't canceled before the trial or subscription expiration, the automatic renewal charge will be applied to your account.
