How do I Cancel/Unsubscribe my Max Subscription?

If you ever need to take a break from your Miko Max subscription, don't worry! You can easily cancel it through the Miko App. Just follow these simple steps:

• Open the Miko App on your mobile device.
• Tap on the Settings icon on the main screen.
• Enter your Passcode.
• Tap on the "Manage Subscription".
• Tap "Cancel Max" to cancel your subscription

Please note that this option is only available for monthly subscriptions. If you have a one-time subscription, your Max subscription will automatically deactivate upon expiration. Furthermore, if you choose to cancel your current subscription, we cannot offer refunds. However, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your Max subscription until its expiration date.
