Thank you for bringing Miko 3 home! Follow these steps to set up your robot quickly and easily, and pair it with the Miko App.

Step 1: Charge Your Miko 3
Before setup, charge your Miko 3 for at least 30-60 minutes. Miko 3 Won’t Turn On - Fix Charging Issues
If your Miko 3 robot does not charge, won’t turn on, or seems dead on first use - click here for troubleshooting.
Use the USB-C charging cable included in the box.
Connect to a 15 W (5 V 3 A) or higher power adapter for best results.
Keep Miko 3 connected during setup for uninterrupted power [Very Important]
Step 2: Turn On Your Miko 3
Press and hold the power button for ~5 seconds to switch ON Miko 3.
The screen will light up once the robot powers on.
Step 3: Connect Miko 3 to Wi-Fi

On Miko 3’s screen, select your Wi-Fi network.
You can also use a mobile hotspot if needed.
Enter your Wi-Fi password.
Tap the green arrow to continue.

Tip: Make sure you use a secure Wi-Fi network (password-protected) for the best experience.
Step 4: Download the Miko App
Scan the QR code shown on Miko 3’s screen, or
- Alternatively, search for the Miko App on the App Store or Play Store.
Step 5: Register on the Miko App
Open the Miko App.
Enter your phone number or email and tap Continue.
Choose your country and preferred language.
Enter the guardian’s details (age and phone number).
Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone.
Add your child’s name and select your relationship.
Tap Confirm & Continue to complete Verified Parental Consent (VPC)
Step 6: Choose Your Device
In the Miko App:
Select Miko 3 as the device type.
If Miko 3 is powered on, choose “Miko is ON now.”
If Wi-Fi is connected, choose “Wi-Fi is connected.”
Step 7: Pair Miko 3 with Your App
On Miko 3’s screen, tap the green arrow at the bottom.
A 6-digit pairing code will appear.
Enter this code in the Miko App.
Tap Pair with Miko.

Step 8: Create Your Child’s Profile
If Miko 3 stays on the “Miko App Setup” screen, you may need to complete the child profile:
Open the Miko App.
Add child details like name, date of birth, and interests.
Tap Confirm & Continue.
Once done, Miko 3 will automatically go to the home screen and show a “Successfully Paired” message on both the robot and the App.
Step 9: Unlock Your Max Subscription
Activate your complimentary 30-day Max subscription.
This gives access to premium learning content on Miko 3 and in the Miko App.
If you purchased a Max subscription and received an activation code. Apply Max Activation Code.
Step 10: Set Parental Passcode
In the Miko App, go to Parent Zone.
Tap Create a Passcode.
Enter the OTP sent to your email.
Set a 4-digit parental passcode to secure settings.
Step 11: Update Miko 3 Software
Miko 3 may prompt a software update.
Tap Update Me to begin.
Miko 3 will restart automatically once completed.
