1. Check the Battery and Charging
Sometimes a new Miko 3 has a completely drained battery, and it needs a little time before it shows any signs of life.
-
Use a Compatible Charger:
- Ensure you use a USB Type-C cable with 5V 3A and a minimum output of 15W adapter.
- Avoid chargers designed for MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Google Pixel, or any adapter rated below 15W, as these may not provide sufficient power.
-
Give it time:
If the battery is fully empty, leave Miko 3 plugged in for at least 30–60 minutes before trying to turn it on.
-
What the LED means:
Green: Battery is sufficiently charged.
Red: Battery is very low and needs more charging.
Orange Yellow: The Battery is low and requires charging
When you connect the charger to Miko 3, it show Orange color LED that means Miko 3 is charging
-
Check Charging Behavior:
- If you receive an error message indicating the charger is not compatible, try another charger that meets the specifications of 5V 3A and a minimum output of 15W adapter.
2. Miko 3 Still Won’t Turn On
Even after charging, your Miko 3 might stay off — especially on first use — because it needs enough battery before it can start.
Try These Next
-
After charging, press the power button gently for 5 seconds to switch it on.
If it still doesn’t show anything, leave it charging for 30 minutes.
