If your Wi-Fi network is not showing up on your Miko 3, please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
Before You Begin
Please ensure that your Wi-Fi network meets these requirements:
Your network should be secured with WPA2-PSK security
Minimum upload and download speed of 5 Mbps
Ensure Miko 3 is within 5 meters of your Wi-Fi router
Make sure Miko’s battery level is above 20% - Tap on 3 dots on top right corner of the Home screen to check Battery %
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Restart Miko 3
Unplug the charger from Miko 3
Press the power button for 5 seconds to Turn Off
Press the power button for 5 seconds to Turn On
2. Restart Home Wi-Fi Router
- Follow the instructions provided by your Wi-Fi provider
4.Reset Wi-Fi on Miko 3
On the Miko 3 Home Screen, In the top-left corner tap the three dots
Tap the Wi-Fi icon
In the top-right corner, tap Reset All
5.Scan the Wi-Fi network
- On the Miko 3 Home Screen, In the top-left corner tap the three dots
- Tap Wi-Fi Select the preferred Wi-Fi Network
- If the Wi-Fi network is not appearing click on scan Wi-Fi and select the preferred network
6. Manually Add the Wi-Fi Network
If your network still doesn’t appear:
- On the Miko 3 Home Screen, In the top-left corner tap the three dots
- Tap the Wi-Fi icon Select the preferred Wi-Fi Network
Tap “Add Wi-Fi”
Enter the network name (SSID) and password manually
If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, please switch to Mobile Hotspot
7. Switch to Mobile Hotspot
Turn on your mobile hotspot
Keep Miko within 2 meters of your phone
Select the preferred mobile hotspot Network
Enter the password manually
If the hotspot appears, this indicates the issue may be related to your home network settings
