How to Unlink (Reset) Your Miko Mini

When you Unlink Miko from your account, a reset is performed to remove all data linked to your child from the bot. This ensures that the Miko Mini returns to its 'New' state, clearing all stored data on the device.

Steps to unlink your Miko Mini:

1. Prepare Miko Mini for Unlinking:

   • Ensure Miko Mini is switched on and connected to the internet.
     
     

2. Access Settings in Miko App:

   • Open the Miko app.
   • Enter the Parent Zone using your Parental Passcode.
   • Navigate to the Settings page.
     
     

3. Select Miko to Unlink:

   • Choose the specific Miko you wish to unlink.
   • Under the More section, select Unlink Miko.
     
     

4. Follow Confirmation Steps:

   • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm unlinking.
   • Click Proceed to Unlink to start the process.
     
     

5. Unlinking Success Confirmation:

   • Miko Mini will say: "I just got unlinked from the Miko app" and will auto-restart.
   • After restarting, Miko Mini will return to its 'New' state.

Important Note:

• The Max subscription remains active and unchanged after unlinking. You can manage it separately through the Miko app.
