Max subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the free trial period or at the end of your chosen subscription term. This ensures uninterrupted access to all premium features.
Why the Charge Occurred
When you sign up for a trial, you receive a confirmation email outlining your trial end date and the charges that will apply once the trial converts to a paid plan.
We also send a reminder email one week before your trial ends, giving you time to review, update, or cancel your subscription if needed.
If the subscription is not canceled before the trial or billing period ends, the renewal fee is automatically charged to your account.
