If you’ve returned or gifted your Miko robot but are still seeing charges for your Miko Max subscription, it’s likely because the subscription was not canceled through the Miko App before the device was returned.
Miko Max is an app-based subscription, so it continues until it is manually canceled—similar to other digital subscriptions.
How to Stop Future Charges
Cancel Through the Miko App
Open the Miko App on your mobile device.
Go to the Parent Zone and tap the Settings icon.
Enter your Passcode.
Select Manage Subscription.
Tap Cancel Max to end your subscription.
Once canceled, no further payments will be charged.

Cannot believe I have not received any notification about the Max renewal, £74 is a rip off for what you get. Non refundable for something we don't use is in my eyes is how you really make your money. In these difficult times this is robery
