Troubleshooting: Miko Mini Stuck on a Screen

If your Miko Mini is stuck on a particular screen (e.g., blue dot screen, M logo screen), don't worry!

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Method 1: Quick Restart

1. Unplug the charger from your Miko Mini.

2. Turn off your Miko Mini by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds. The screen should go blank.

3. Wait for 60 seconds.

4. Turn on your Miko Mini by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.

5. Miko Mini should restart and return to the home screen with a smiley face.

You can now interact with your Miko Mini as usual.

Method 2: Full Power Cycle

If the above steps do not work or if Miko Mini cannot be turned off, try these steps:

1. Unplug the charger from your Miko Mini.

2. Leave the device aside and allow the battery to completely drain until Miko Mini powers off.

3. Once Miko Mini is off, plug it back in to charge.

4. Let Miko Mini charge for 60 minutes.

5. After charging, turn on your Miko Mini by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.

Your Miko Mini should now restart and function normally.
