If your Miko Mini is stuck on a particular screen (e.g., blue dot screen, M logo screen), don't worry!
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Method 1: Quick Restart

Unplug the charger from your Miko Mini.

Turn off your Miko Mini by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds. The screen should go blank.

Wait for 60 seconds.

Turn on your Miko Mini by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.

Miko Mini should restart and return to the home screen with a smiley face.
You can now interact with your Miko Mini as usual.
If the above steps do not work or if Miko Mini cannot be turned off via the power button, try these steps:
Method 2: Hard Restart

Using a sim-ejector tool, press the Hard restart button.
The Hard restart button is situated beside the USB-C charging port as shown in the image.
Your Miko Mini should now restart and function normally.
If your Miko is still stuck, try the following solution
Method 3: Charge Miko and retry
- Turn off Miko
- While Miko is off, keep Miko on charging using the provided USB-C cable and a 15W adapter
- Restart Miko
