If the setup gets disrupted due to the Mini turning off or an internet disconnection, don't worry! Restart Miko and do the setup again. If you continue to face issues with the Wi-Fi, follow the steps-
- Before you start the setup process, ensure your Mini is placed within 15 feet of the Wi-Fi router to ensure a strong and stable internet connection.
Step 1: If Miko is on the QR code screen
- Open the Miko App.
- Start the Setup process again from the beginning. Click here
Step 2: If Miko is on the Home screen and already paired with the device
- Press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- Miko will enter the Configure Wi-Fi screen.
- Continue Wi-Fi setup via the Miko App.
- Open the Miko App
- Tap on Settings and log in with your passcode
- Navigate to Devices and select your Miko Mini
- Tap on Configure Wi-Fi
- Follow the prompts to complete the Wi-Fi setup
- If your Wi-Fi network is working fine, but still having trouble connecting to Miko Mini, try using your mobile hotspot. It's worth a try!
