Step 1: Charge Your Miko Mini

Begin by charging your Miko Mini for at least 30 minutes.

Use a 15W or higher wattage adapter with the charging cable provided in the packaging.

Keep Miko Mini connected to the charger throughout the setup process.

Step 2: Turn On Your Miko Mini

Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn on your Miko Mini.

If it does not turn on, the battery may need charging.

Step 3: Download the Miko App

Once Miko Mini is on, a QR code will appear on its screen. Scan the code to download the Miko App.

Alternatively, search for the Miko App on the App Store or Play Store.
Step 4: Register Your Account

Create a Parent account on the Miko App by entering your email ID and phone number.

Verify your account using the OTP sent to your phone and email.

Add guardian details and provide your Parental Consent after reviewing the Usage and Privacy Policy.

If you already have a Miko account, proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Pair Miko Mini with the App

On the Miko App's device selection page, select Miko Mini.

Allow permissions for connecting to nearby devices, including:

Local Network (iOS) or Nearby Devices (Android)

Location permissions

Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on during the setup.

Confirm Miko Mini is ready for setup (it should display a QR code or a "Configure Wi-Fi" screen).

Click Proceed to Pairing and allow the Miko App to search for your Miko Mini.

Select your Mini from the list. If prompted, join the hotspot named "Mini_M4******."

Step 6: Connect Miko to a Wi-Fi Network

Choose the Wi-Fi network and enter its password.

Ensure the Wi-Fi is secured and that your firewall is turned off if needed.

For smooth connectivity, keep Miko Mini within 15 feet of the router.

Step 7: Link Miko Mini

Once connected to Wi-Fi, Miko Mini will link to your account and download any available updates.

Step 8: Create Your Child's Profile

While updates are downloading, create your child’s profile in the Miko App.

Enter basic information about your child, which you can update later in the settings.
Step 9: Unlock the Max Subscription

After completing the setup, unlock a complimentary 30-day Max subscription.

Access amazing content on Miko Mini and the Kids Zone in the Miko App.
Step 10: Set Your Parental Passcode

Secure the Parent Zone in the Miko App by setting a Parental Passcode.

Click Parent Zone or Settings on the home page, verify with OTP, and set your passcode.

Manage your Miko and child profiles from the settings page.
Step 11: Explore Miko Mini

Complete the Explore Miko Checklist in the Parent Zone of the Miko App.
