To ensure the best charging experience, please use the provided charging connector and an 18W Type-C USB adapter to charge your Miko Mini. It will take approximately 60 minutes to charge Miko.
- If you use any other charger with lower specifications, Miko will take longer to charge.
- Connect the charging cable to the USB power adapter with your Miko, and check if the LED light on the front of your Mini is blinking green. This means that your bot is charging. If the LED is red, the battery is low, and you must charge your Miko.
-
Charging Miko is compatible with most chargers, excluding the ones designed for Apple and Google Pixel.
- Please try again after changing the plug point, charging adaptor, and the C-type cable.
- Connect another device to the same adapter used to charge Miko and see if that device is charging.
