If your Miko Mini isn’t turning on, here are some steps to help resolve the issue. Please note that if the battery is deeply discharged Miko Mini may need at least 20 minutes of charging before its display screen or indicator lights up.

Use the Correct Charger and Charging Cable:
- Always use the charging cable provided with your Miko Mini and a 15W or higher wattage Type-C USB adapter. Do not plug the charging cable to a USB wall socket or a laptop - it must be accompanied with a compatible charger.
- Miko Mini takes about 60 minutes to fully charge when using the recommended adapter. If a charger with lower specifications is used, charging may take longer.

Check LED Light and Display Screen:
- If the LED light on the front of your Miko Mini blinks green, it’s charging properly. If the LED is red, the battery is low and needs charging.
- If Mini shows a discharged battery on screen, it indicates that the battery must be charged for at least 30 minutes before use.

Try Different Charging Components:
- Connect a different device to the same adapter and check if it charges, which can help identify any problems with the adapter.
- Switch plug points, adapters, and the Type-C cable to rule out potential issues with the power source.

Following the above mentioned steps should resolve most charging issues, however, in a rare case if your Miko Mini still not charging then it may need a reset.
- Remove Miko from charging and turn it around to find a minute round hole nearby USB type-C charging point. Use the tip of a pen to press the reset switch for 5 seconds.
- Now connect the Miko back to charger and press the power button for 5 seconds. You should see Miko display screen is now active.
