If your Miko Mini isn’t turning on or charging properly, follow these steps:
1. Deeply Discharged Battery
- If the battery is completely drained, Miko Mini may need at least 20 minutes of charging before the screen or indicator lights up.
2. Understand Charging Indicators
- When the Miko Mini is OFF, the LED indicator will not light up during charging.

LED Color Indicators:
- Green (blinking): Charging properly.
- Red: The battery is low and needs charging.
- Yellow: Depicts slow charging.
3. Use a 15W Charger with the Provided USB-C Cable
- Always use the Type-C USB cable provided with your Miko Mini and a 15W charger or higher.
- Avoid using USB wall sockets or laptops, as they may not provide sufficient power.
- A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes with the recommended adapter. Lower-wattage chargers may take longer.
If Miko is not charging, try different plug points, adapters, or cables to rule out issues with the power source or charging components.

If Miko Mini is not turning on after charging for more than 1 hour with the correct 15W charger and provided cable, then a hard restart can help.
- Remove Charging cable

Using a sim-ejector tool, press the Hard restart button.
The Hard restart button is situated beside the USB-C charging port as shown in the image. - Connect the charger again and Turn on Miko with the Power button. Your Miko Mini should now start and function normally.
