If you're having trouble receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) while signing in or registering on the Miko App, try the steps below based on your situation.
For New Users
If You're Signing Up Using Email
- Check your email inbox for a message from Miko.
- Use search terms like "Verification code" or "Verification email".
- Don't forget to check your Spam or Junk folder — emails can sometimes land there.
Try Phone Number Instead
If you still don't receive the OTP via email:
- Register using your phone number.
- Check your SMS inbox for the OTP.
- Search your messages using the keyword "EMOTIX" to quickly find the OTP.
For Existing Users
- Try logging in using your registered email address.
- Check both your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders for the OTP email.
- If the OTP doesn't arrive:
- Switch to phone number login
- Look for the OTP SMS from EMOTIX
Important Things to Check
- Make sure your email address is typed correctly
- Verify your phone number and country code are correct
- Wait a minute before requesting a new OTP to avoid delays
