How Do I Set Up the Miko App?

The Miko app is available on the App Store and Google Play Store. You can also install it quickly by scanning the QR code displayed on the Miko screen during initial setup.

Once the app is installed, follow the steps below to pair your Miko device.

Steps to pair Miko with the Miko app:

1. Download the Miko app – Install the app on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Sign up as a new user – Enter your phone number or email address, then select "I am a new user."

3. Enter your details – Make sure to enter your email address and phone number for account verification.

4. Verify with OTP – Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone or email to log in securely.

5. Complete guardian verification – Fill in your guardian details and follow the Verified Parental Consent (VPC) process.

6. Select your device – Choose the device you wish to pair: Miko 3 or Miko Mini.

7. Complete device setup – Follow the setup steps for your chosen device:

8. Pairing confirmation – Once setup is complete, the message "Pairing successful" will appear on both your Miko robot and in the Miko app.
