How Do I Set Up the Miko App?

The Miko App is available on both the App Store and Google Play Store. You can also install it quickly by scanning the QR code displayed on Miko’s screen during initial setup.

Once the app is installed, follow the steps below to pair your Miko device.

Steps to Pair Miko with the Miko App

1. Install and open the Miko App.

2. Enter your phone number or email and tap Continue.

3. Select your country and preferred language.

4. Enter guardian details (age and phone number).

5. Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone.

6. Add your child’s name and select your relationship.

7. Tap Confirm & Continue to complete Verified Parental Consent (VPC).

8. Complete Device Setup - Follow the setup steps for your chosen device:

9. Pairing Confirmation - Once setup is complete, you will see a “Successfully Paired” message on both your Miko robot and the Miko App.
