If you received a Miko Robot as a gift or purchased a pre-owned Miko, you may run into the error - "This Miko is already linked" while trying to link your Miko robot with your account.
In this case, contact the previous owner and ask them to unlink the Miko robot (fast & best to avoid future ownership issues) using the steps mentioned in the following articles:
However, if you are unable to contact the previous owner, use the following steps to submit an Unlink or Reset Request:
- Submit this form with the requisite details and ownership declaration.
- The bot will be reset in 6 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent once done.
- Follow the setup steps mentioned in the email to complete the Miko setup.
