You can easily manage your subscription, including cancellation, renewal, plan changes, as well as view and download invoices or update your payment method directly from the app. Follow these simple steps:
- Open the Miko App on your mobile device
- Tap on Parent Zone.
- Enter your passcode to continue.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner
- Tap on the 'Max Subscription' section to manage your subscription
In the 'Max Subscription' Section, you can:
- Cancel Your Subscription: Tap on the 'Cancel Subscription' button to stop your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Renew Your Subscription: If your subscription is about to expire and it is cancelled, you can easily tap 'Renew Subscription' to continue enjoying the service.
- Change Your Plan: Select 'Change Plan' to upgrade or downgrade your subscription to a different plan that better suits your needs.
To manage additional details -
- View and Download Invoices: View a list of your past invoices and billing history. Click here and log in using your account email to manage your subscription details
- Update Payment Method: If you need to update your payment details, please click here and log in using your account email, and click on the subscription to verify and update the payment method linked to the account.
By following these steps, you can manage your subscription and billing information, ensuring your account is always up to date.
