How to Activate Your Miko MAX Subscription - Activation Code

Standard Activation Process

1. Find Your Activation Code
   Check your purchase confirmation email for the activation code.

2. Enter the Code
   On the Miko MAX screen, after adding your child's details, look for the "Activation Code" field.

3. Activate
   Enter your activation code and click "Activate MAX" to complete the process.

Missed Entering Your Code?

If you forgot to enter the activation code during setup, follow these steps:

1. Start a 30-Day Free Trial
   Subscribe to Miko MAX by selecting the 30-day free trial option (credit card details are required, but you won’t be charged), to do this visit the MAX page in the parent zone. 

2. Submit Your Activation Code
   Fill out this form with the requisite details.

3. Relax and Enjoy
   Once submitted, enjoy an additional 30 days of free trial, and we will apply your activation code within 48 hours so you won’t be charged after the trial ends.

Note: Please do not cancel or change your plan during the trial period to ensure a smooth transition.
