If you're experiencing display issues with your Miko Mini, follow these troubleshooting steps:

Charge Miko Mini: Connect it to the charger for at least 20 minutes. Then, press the power button for 5 seconds to see if Miko switches on.

Check Display: After powering on, check if you can see Miko’s eyes and the home button icon in the top left corner.

Test Response: Use the volume button to set the volume to maximum. Then say, "Hey Miko," to check if Miko enters listening mode.
If you have tried all the above mentioned steps and the issue is still unresolved, please submit a replacement request by clicking here. Please note that if your Miko is physically damaged or out of warranty, a replacement charge would be applicable.
