Troubleshooting: Miko Mini Microphone Not Working

If Miko Mini’s microphone isn’t responding, try the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Test Listening Mode: Say, “Hey Miko” and check if Miko enters listening mode.

   • Once in listening mode, give a command like, “Hey Miko, what is the time?” to see if Miko responds.

2. Check Microphone Status:

   • If Miko doesn’t enter listening mode after “Hey Miko,” press the microphone button on Mini’s head. The Mic button toggles Miko’s microphone on and off.
   • If the mic is off, Miko will notify you by saying, “Hey! You have turned off my mic. Turn it back on whenever you are ready to talk.”

3. Restart Miko Mini: If the microphone issue persists, restart Miko Mini and try the steps above again.
