What should I do if my Miko 2 is not connecting to the Wi-Fi?

Before setting up the Miko's Wi-Fi connection, please ensure your Wi-Fi network is protected with WPA2-PSK security. Open networks like cafes, hotels, or airports with firewall network security are not supported for security reasons.

Once your Wi-Fi network is secured, follow the below steps to troubleshoot the connection:

1. Check the Miko 2's battery level, ensuring it shows at least three charge bars.
2. Ensure your Miko 2 is placed within a 2-meter radius of the phone with the App.
3. Verify that Miko 2 is within the Wi-Fi range and on the 2.4 GHz frequency, as it doesn't support 5 GHz.
4. Ensure the Miko 2 parent App is updated with the latest version.
5. Try connecting the Miko 2 with your Mobile Hotspot and check if it works. For iPhone users, please ensure your hotspot name includes no special characters.
