If you are experiencing issues with your Miko 2 not moving, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure Miko 2 is placed on a suitable surface, avoiding thick carpets, glass, glossy/reflective surfaces, sofas/beds, and areas with grass/sand/mud, which can impede movement. Also, keep the bot away from water.
- Please check for obstructions before the bot and ensure it has enough space to move freely.
- Say "Hello Miko" to the bot and then give individual commands like "Go left," "Go right," and "Go forward." The bot's screen should display the text of each command.
- If the bot doesn't move despite displaying the command text, open the Miko Moves App in the Talents tab and select a shape from the menu. After a countdown from 3, the bot should move in that shape.
