How can I troubleshoot if my Miko 2 is not moving?

If you are experiencing issues with your Miko 2 not moving, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure Miko 2 is placed on a suitable surface, avoiding thick carpets, glass, glossy/reflective surfaces, sofas/beds, and areas with grass/sand/mud, which can impede movement. Also, keep the bot away from water.
2. Please check for obstructions before the bot and ensure it has enough space to move freely.
3. Say "Hello Miko" to the bot and then give individual commands like "Go left," "Go right," and "Go forward." The bot's screen should display the text of each command.
4. If the bot doesn't move despite displaying the command text, open the Miko Moves App in the Talents tab and select a shape from the menu. After a countdown from 3, the bot should move in that shape.
