If you are unable to connect to the Bluetooth, follow the below steps-
- Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is strong, ideally more than 3 bars.
- Keep Miko within about 2 meters of your phone while using the Miko App.

Please allow the app to access your device's Location, Microphone, and Camera. Some phones, like Samsung models, may also need Bluetooth permission. Make sure to accept all necessary permissions to use all of Miko's features.
- To turn ON your Bluetooth, follow the below steps,
* On i-Phone devices, turn on Bluetooth manually in your device settings.
* On Android devices, Bluetooth usually turns on automatically. If it doesn’t connect, try turning Bluetooth on manually in your settings. - Open the Miko 2 App and log in using your registered email address or contact number. Proceed to scan for your Miko 2 device to begin the pairing process.
- If the Miko 2 device still does not appear on the pairing screen within the Miko 2 App after enabling Bluetooth, please restart your device and attempt the scan again.
