What if I am facing an issue with my Miko 2 speaker?

If you're facing issues with your speaker, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Always check if the battery percentage is 3 bars and above, and ensure the Wi-Fi speed is 2Mbps and above.
2. Check Miko 2's volume level- Say "Hello Miko" and "Increase the volume." You can also increase the volume manually using the volume button at the top of your robot. Kindly ensure the volume bar on the screen shows maximum volume.
3. Play a story from the Talent House.
4. Restart the Bot and check if you can hear the Introductory Audio.
5. If you still cannot hear any sound, don't hesitate to contact Team Miko.
