Before you begin the reset or unlinking process, ensure the following:

Miko 3 is switched ON and on the home screen.

Miko 3 is connected to the internet.
-
Miko 3 has at least 20% battery.
Steps to Unlink Miko
Step 1: Access Parent Zone

Open the Miko app on your mobile device.

Navigate to the Parent Zone and click on the settings icon.
Step 2: Enter Parent Passcode

Enter the Parent passcode you set during the initial setup of the Miko app.
Step 3: Select the Device

Under the Device section, select the Miko device you want to unlink.

Click on the dropdown arrow next to the selected device.
Step 4: Unlink Miko

Click on the More option.

Select Unlink Miko.
Step 5: Confirm Unlinking

A message will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to unlink your Miko?"

Click Yes, and Proceed to confirm.
Step 6: Provide a Reason

Select the reason for unlinking from the options provided.

Click Proceed.
Step 7: Manage Max Subscription (if applicable)

If you have a Max subscription, click the provided link to manage your subscription.

Alternatively, click Proceed to Unlink.
Step 8: Complete the Process

The unlinking process will begin.

You will receive a confirmation message once the unlinking is successful.
Imp: Max Unsubscription: Unsubscribing from Max is a separate process and can be managed even after unlinking your Miko.
