Yes, both parents can use the Miko App to access and manage their child’s Miko Robot.
How to Enable Access for Both Parents
To ensure seamless access on multiple devices:
Download the Miko App on each parent’s mobile device.
Log in using the same registered email ID or phone number used during the initial setup.
Enter the passcode when prompted.
When logging in from the second device, share the OTP (sent to the registered email or phone number) with the other parent so they can complete the login process.
By using the same login credentials, both parents can:
View and manage settings
Monitor progress
Access parental controls
Use video calling and other Parent Zone features
This ensures a smooth and unified experience for the family.
