First, check the other buttons on your Miko 3 to ensure they are still working and the robot is not locked up. Try giving the “Hello Miko” command to see if the robot responds or is locked up.
Turn Miko off (hold down the power button; the LED will blink multiple times) and then turn it back on again to reset it.
