If your Miko 3 touch screen is not responding or taps are not working, follow the steps below to check and fix the issue.

Step 1: Test the Touch Screen Using Volume Controls
This helps confirm whether the touch screen is responding at all.
Press the physical volume buttons on Miko 3.
A volume icon will appear on the screen.

Try tapping the + or – icons on the screen:
If the volume changes, the touch screen is working
If nothing happens, continue to the next step
Step 2: Restart Miko 3
A restart often fixes temporary touch or screen issues.
Unplug the charger from Miko 3.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn Miko 3 OFF.
Press and hold the power button again for 5 seconds to turn it back ON.
Once Miko restarts, check if the touch screen is responding.
