Important Update for Miko 1 and Miko 2 Users
Thank you for being part of the Miko journey from the early days and for supporting us over the years.
As technology evolves, we continue to focus on delivering the best possible experiences through our newer-generation robots, including Miko 3 and Miko Mini.
As a result, support and servicing for Miko 1 and Miko 2 have now reached End of Life (EOL) status.
What Does End of Life (EOL) Mean?
Effective immediately:
- Miko 1 and Miko 2 robots are no longer supported for repairs or replacements.
- Software updates, new features, and technical troubleshooting support for these devices have been discontinued.
- Troubleshooting resources related to these products are no longer actively maintained.
- Availability of spare parts and servicing infrastructure for these models has ended.
This decision allows us to focus on improving and supporting our latest products and experiences for customers worldwide.
Upgrade / Trade-In Offer for Existing Customers
To support our early users, we are offering a one-time trade-in discount of 25% on the purchase of a new Miko robot.
Eligible upgrade options include:
- Miko 3
- Miko Mini
For Customers in India
Customers located in India will need to return their existing Miko 1 or Miko 2 robot to avail the trade-in offer.
For International Customers
Customers outside India can avail the trade-in offer without returning their older robot.
