If your Miko 3 isn’t working properly, please check that your battery percentage is 20% or more, that your Wi-Fi connection is strong and is connected to the WPA2 PSK network, and is having a minimum upload/download speed of 5MBPS on your Miko 3. To find all these details, tap the hamburger in the upper-left corner of your robot’s main menu.
