If your Miko 3 isn’t working as expected, we recommend starting with these basic pre-checks. Many common issues can be resolved by confirming the steps below.
Step 1: Check Battery Level
Make sure your Miko 3 has at least 20% battery.
How to check:
On Miko’s screen, tap the three dots (⋮) icon in the top-left corner
View the current battery status
Step 2: Check Distance From Your Wi-Fi Router
For best performance:
Keep Miko 3 within 5 meters (16 feet) of your Wi-Fi router
Avoid placing Miko far from the router or behind thick walls
Step 3: Verify Network Requirements
Ensure your Wi-Fi meets these requirements:
Minimum 5 Mbps upload and download speed
Connected to a WPA2-PSK secured network
Step 4: Run a Wi-Fi Speed Test on Miko
You can test your internet speed directly from the device.
How to run the test:
Tap the three dots (⋮) icon on Miko’s screen
Select Wi-Fi to view the connected network
Tap the green gear icon next to the network name
Run the speed test to confirm connectivity
