What should I do if Miko 3 is stuck on the smile face?

If your Miko 3 is stuck on the smile screen, please turn off both your robot and your Wi-Fi. Once you turn on your robot, the smiling face should go away and Miko’s eyes should become visible. After you see Miko's eyes, please turn on your wifi.
