Miko 3 Stuck on Smiley Face? How to Fix It

If your Miko 3 is stuck on the smiley face screen and doesn’t move forward, don’t worry. Follow the steps below to try and get Miko back to normal.

Step 1: Restart Miko 3

1. Unplug the charger from Miko 3.

2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn Miko 3 OFF.

3. Press and hold the power button again for 5 seconds to turn it back ON.

👉 If Miko starts normally, the issue is resolved.

Step 2: Let the Battery Fully Drain

If Miko 3 is still stuck on the smiley face:

1. Leave Miko 3 unplugged and allow the battery to drain completely.

2. Once the battery is fully drained, plug the charger back in.

3. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn Miko 3 ON.

This step helps reset the system and often clears startup issues.
