What should I do when Miko 3 isn’t responding to my child's questions?

If you’re having trouble getting Miko 3 to understand your child’s commands, please say “Hello Miko” and state the command again. Then, check the on-screen text that’s displayed. If it doesn’t match what you’ve said, please ask the question again slowly.

To help Miko identify and respond to your child's voice, please tap on the three dots in the top left corner of the home screen. Then, select Profile and complete the "Save your voice" training.
