If your Miko 3 is not connecting to Wi-Fi, don’t worry. Follow the steps below to quickly fix common Wi-Fi and internet connection issues.
Watch the Troubleshooting video - Miko 3 not connecting to Wi-Fi
Before You Start: Check Wi-Fi Compatibility
For security reasons, Miko 3 only connects to password-protected Wi-Fi networks.
Please make sure:
Your Wi-Fi uses WPA2-PSK security
Your network is not an open/public Wi-Fi (such as cafés, hotels, airports, or guest networks without passwords)
⚠️ Miko 3 does not support open or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
If Your Wi-Fi Is WPA2-Protected, Check the Following
1. Basic Wi-Fi Requirements
Your internet speed should be at least 5 Mbps (both upload and download)
Place Miko 3 within 5 meters of your Wi-Fi router for a strong signal
2. Double-Check Wi-Fi Details
Select the correct home Wi-Fi name (SSID)
Carefully enter the Wi-Fi password (passwords are case-sensitive)
3. Try These Quick Fixes
Restart Miko 3 and try connecting again
Turn your Wi-Fi router OFF for 30 seconds, then turn it back ON
Try connecting Miko 3 using your mobile hotspot to check if the issue is with your home network
Reset Wi-Fi Settings on Miko 3
If Miko 3 still won’t connect to the internet, resetting Wi-Fi usually helps.
Steps to Reset Wi-Fi on Miko 3
On the Miko 3 Home Screen, tap the three dots (⋮)
Tap the Wi-Fi icon
In the top-right corner, tap Reset All
-
