If you’re facing issues with your Miko 3 speaker, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Check Miko’s volume level. Say “Hello Miko,” then “Increase the volume.” You can also increase the volume manually using the volume button at the top of your robot. Make sure the volume bar on the screen shows maximum volume.
- Go to the Talents tab and launch Miko Music. See if you can hear the audio.
- If you cannot hear the audio, restart Miko.
- Launch Miko Music and see if you can hear the audio.
- If you still can’t hear any sound, please get in touch with Team Miko.
